Custom Made Products

Artisanpresentir specializes in custom-made blinds and curtains manufactured to your specific measurements and specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, standard return policies do not apply.

Returns and Exchanges

Custom blinds and curtains are made-to-measure and cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

• The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
• The product does not match the agreed specifications
• There was an error in our manufacturing process

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective or does not match your order specifications:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide photographs showing the defect or discrepancy
• We will arrange for inspection and replacement or repair at no additional cost
• Return shipping costs will be covered by Artisanpresentir

Measurement Errors

If measurements were taken by our team and the product does not fit correctly:

• We will remake the product at no additional cost
• We will arrange for re-measurement if necessary
• Installation will be rescheduled at no charge

If you provided your own measurements and the product does not fit:

• We may offer to remake the product at a reduced cost
• Additional charges may apply for materials and labor
• We recommend using our professional measurement service to avoid this situation

Fabric Sample Packs

Fabric sample packs are non-refundable. However, if you receive damaged or incorrect samples, contact us immediately for replacement.

Installation Services

If you are not satisfied with our installation service:

• Contact us within 48 hours of installation
• We will send a technician to inspect and address any issues
• Re-installation or corrections will be performed at no additional cost if the issue is due to our workmanship

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Installation fees are non-refundable if installation has been completed

Warranty

All custom blinds and curtains come with a warranty covering manufacturing defects:

• Mechanical components: 2 years from date of installation
• Fabric and materials: 1 year from date of installation
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear
